关于开机后运行杀毒软件就死机的情况，大家都遇到过。这是个经常遇到的问题，原因就是因为电脑中毒了。那我们遇到这个问题该任何解决呢?这这里我给大家介绍下我们通常用的操作办法。

        首先我们要可以重新启动系统，按“F8”进入安全模式，在安全模式里进入系统后，在启动杀毒软件进行杀毒。

        如果在安全模式里也是无法运行杀毒软件或不能够完全清除病毒，我们还可以尝试使用WinPE光盘启动到PE系统，然后使用PE系统自带的杀毒软件进行查杀。这中方法需要借助一张含有PE的系统盘。
